Chargestop has commissioned Svensk Fordonsladdning to build fast charging in about ten locations with a total of about 40 charging points in Sweden, in a first phase.

Svensk Fordonsladdning starts extensive cooperation with Chargestop

A comprehensive collaboration between Svensk Fordonsladdning and Chargestop has been initiated. Chargestop has commissioned Svensk Fordonsladdning to build fast charging in about ten locations with a total of about 40 charging points in Sweden, in a first phase.

Chargestop is a sister company of Washstop that establishes eco-friendly carwashes.

Now, through Chargestop, they are taking the next step in their development by starting to establish fast charging, both individually and as a complement to the carwash units at selected Washstop sites.

The establishments will be located in Säffle, Grums, Rättvik, Leksand, Stockholm, Örebro, Skövde, Östersund & Bollnäs.

Svensk Fordonsladdning is a full supplier to Chargestop and is responsible for everything from applying for support through Klimatklivet to hardware, installation, and commissioning. Once commissioning has taken place, the company also manages the operation and maintenance of all charging stations on an ongoing basis. The chargers being established have a power output of 200 kW. In Grums, a charger with a power output of 350 kW will also be installed for heavier vehicles.

A major focus has been on ensuring that the establishments are located in places where there is proximity to food, drinks, toilets, shops, and other amenities available to those who charge.

No apps, no membership.
Chargestop has focused on establishing user-friendly payment terminals that make it easier for the user to pay and start charging. There is no need to download an app or create an account, but you can easily choose between different payment methods and in the language that suits you.
