To support the development and investment in fossil-free future technology, Naturvårdsverket runs the investment support Klimatklivet, which can be applied for by companies, municipalities, regions and organizations throughout Sweden.  

If you are interested in building public vehicle charging or for your own business, there are good opportunities to get up to 70% in investment support from Klimatklivet.

Apply during 25 March – 5 April

Klimatklivet is now opening the next application period for those who want to apply for this support. Please note that this time the application period is only open between March 25 and April 5.

Since its launch in 2015, Klimatklivet has granted more than 5,000 applications (January 2024) for financial support for investments. Of these, more than half have been applications for charging stations.
