Smedjebacken Energi was a key player in a project to promote electrified transport between Västerås and Sälen. Together with other companies, they applied for and were granted funding for the initiative. This led to the installation of a charging station with six charging points, specially designed to suit heavy vehicles. The chargers are Delta HPC 350 models and offer high-capacity DC charging, ensuring efficient and reliable charging for long-distance electric transport. This project is an important step towards supporting sustainable freight solutions in Sweden.
