When ICA Maxi in Kristinehamn decided to meet increased demand for public charging infrastructure, it sought a partner who could take overall responsibility for the entire project – from start to finish. Svensk Fordonsladdning initially submitted a successful grant application to Klimatklivet on behalf of the customer and secured financial support. Svensk Fordonsladdning then handled everything from project planning and groundwork to commissioning and ongoing maintenance of the facility.
ICA Maxi in Kristinehamn has two Delta UFC 200 chargers (200 kW) installed, offering four charging outlets for simultaneous charging.
The chargers serve as an important stop for travelers from Highway 26 and E18, while also providing convenient access to charging for local residents. This installation supports the region's growing electric vehicle infrastructure and provides a dual service—the convenience of shopping (both groceries and pizza) and charging your vehicle in one place.
